自动化集装箱码头平面布局方案评价

摘    要:自动化集装箱码头平面布局方案对码头项目建设和生产运营影响重大。为了对码头平面布局方案进行优选,建立了适用于自动化集装箱码头平面布局方案的评价指标体系,并选取层次—熵权法作为研究方法,构建了基于多目标决策理论的自动化集装箱码头平面布局方案综合评价模型。该评价模型能较好地结合两种方法的优势,通过实例论证,得到的最佳布局方案符合码头实际情况。理论分析表明,评价模型所得各方案评价总分与权重影响因子呈线性变化关系。

Abstract:The plan layout of automatic container terminals has a great impact on the construction and production of terminal projects. In order to optimize the plan layout scheme of the terminal, an evaluation index system suitable for the plan layout scheme of the automatic container terminal is established, and a comprehensive evaluation model of the plan layout scheme of the automatic container terminal based on the multi-objective decision theory is constructed by selecting the hierarchyentropy weight method as the research method. The evaluation model can better combine the advantages of the two methods. Through case studies, the optimal layout scheme obtained is in line with the actual situation of the wharf. Theoretical analysis shows that the total evaluation score of each scheme obtained by the evaluation model has a linear relationship with the weight influencing factors.
