摘    要:主要介绍了半精梳原料的选配、原料的预处理、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱加工的关键技术。对预处理工序的和毛设备进行了对比分析,优选了和毛助剂与和毛工艺;对梳理机卷喂入和散纤维毛斗喂入方式适用性以及梳理机的改造、工艺调整提出可行建议。首次将并条机滑溜牵伸技术应用于实践,有效的解决了绒纤维产品掉绒的弊病;比较了毛、棉粗纱机和细纱机的结构特点,重点对棉粗纱机、细纱机的改造进行了介绍。为设备的选配及改造提供了参考。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the key technology of raw material selection,raw material pretreatment,carding machine,drawing frame,roving frame and spinning frame on the semi-combed.Contrastive analysis of the pretreatment process and hair equipment,optimal selection of hair additives and hair process;putting forward some suggestions on the applicability of carding machine roll feeding and loose fiber feeding method,and on the machinery reformation and process adjustment of carding machine.Combined with the gliding draft technology of drawing frame,putting forward an effective solution to thread breakage of flocked products for the first time;and then compares the structural characteristics of wool and cotton roving frame and spinning frame,especially introduces the transformation of cotton roving frame and spinning frame.Selection and main transformation of equipment in this paper could only be used as a reference.
