摘    要:本文介绍了一套新型智能煤粉锅炉燃烧器在线监测装置的设计与应用。它通过安装在锅炉12个风管上的仪表元件测得不同的风温和风压,通过计算测得各风管的风粉浓度和动压,并通过转换将结果传到集散控制系统之中同时显示到操作站上,为锅炉燃烧的自动控制或手动控制提供科学依据,最终使锅炉平稳经济燃烧。该系统应用后,锅炉煤粉燃烧器各风管的流速、风温、动压值、浓度得到了实时监控,12个燃烧器供粉更加均匀,燃烧更加充分.它有效实现了各燃烧器喷口的出口风速和煤粉浓度的合理配置,保证了煤粉锅炉各个燃烧器的出力均衡,使锅炉运行更加平稳、经济。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and application of a new on-line measurement system of the burners in a pulverized coal combustor. By twelve instrument component in the windpipes of the burners we can get various temperature and pressure,and then we can get dynamic pressure and concentration of coal fines through calculation. These results will be sent to DCS and displayed on OPU which can offer us scientific basis for automatic control or artificial control,by all these the boiler can be controled smoothly and economically. The temperature, pressure ,dynamic pressure and the concentration of coal fines can be monitored constantly and the twelve burners give more even coal fines, so the combustion of the boiler is more completely. The system has been demonstrated effective in coordinating the wind speeds and concentrations of coal fines at the nozzles to maintain the load balance between the burners. The boiler can be controled smoothly and economically.
