| 摘 要： | 与其它显微术相比,软X射线显微术具有许多独特优势。本文通过对软X射线显微术成像原理和特点的介绍,说明了其除了在生物学领域具有独特的优势外,在其它领域也有广泛用途。在此主要介绍软X射线显微术在水泥碱骨料反应机理研究以及水泥中钙分布分析的优势。最后简要介绍了合肥国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)软X射线显微术的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Compared with other imaging techniques,soft X-ray microscopy has many unique advantages.The paper briefly introduced the mechanisms which characteristics of soft X-ray microscopy,which shows that it also has other uses in many fields besides in biology.The applications of soft X-ray microscopy in study of alkali-aggregate reaction and calcium distribution in cement were introduced.An overview was given of the progress in soft X-ray microscopy at the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory in Hefei. |
