摘    要:商标蕴涵了丰富的文化信息,外语商标还体现着中西方文化差异.从商标的文化内涵剖析入手,讨论了文化差异对中西方商标语言的制约作用,结合商标的三个基本特征分析了商标汉译中对文化信息的处理与商标译文的最终落实.

Abstract:Trademark translation is crucial in the sale of commodities.The trademark not only contains rich cultural information,but also implies cultural difference between the East and the West,and therefore,it is difficult to translate it from English into Chinese.Beginning from the cultural factors connoted in trademarks,the effect of culture on language used in trademark was analyzed,and some suggestions put forward to deal with cultural factors.
