Abstract:Abstract A kind of PC based automatic control system used in electric hot machining (EHM) is put forward in this paper,which can obviously solve the key problem of auto adjusting of heating parameters and eliminating electric arc. It is meaningful to improve the heating effectiveness and gain better machined surface quality by using the above system.
