| 摘 要： | 通过使用聚羧酸盐外加剂、控制粗骨料粒径不超过20mm和使用粉煤灰＋矿渣双掺30%的途径配制出了满足工程需要的泵送C60自密实混凝土;经过制定正确的浇筑方案和对混凝土生产、运输、浇筑与养护等关键环节的控制,拆模后的混凝土结构内部均匀密实,外观质量良好,很好地解决了配筋密集结构的混凝土施工难题.

| Abstract: | The self-compacting pumped concrete of C60 is made up by using polycarboxylates admixture, coarse aggregate with max diameter less than 20mm and compound mineral admixtures. The concrete structure surface is good without honey-comb and surface voids, and interior structure is uniform and compact. All these are the keys to solve the problems in construction engineering with big reinforcement density. |
