硫酸镓催化合成异丁酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:采用硫酸镓为催化剂,异丁酸和异戊醇为原料合成了异丁酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用性等因素对收率的影响。结果表明硫酸镓是合成异丁酸异戊酯高效、经济且环境友好的酯化催化剂。适宜反应条件下收率可达88.9%。

Abstract:Isoamyl isobutyrate was synthesized by using gallium sulphate as the catalyst. Many effects were investigated such as amount of catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that it was the efficient and environmental friendly catalyst. Under the best conditions its yield could reach 88.9%.
