叶片式气液混输泵水力设计的一种选型方法

摘    要:叶片式气液混输泵在输送气液两相混合介质时,其扬程和效率将有不同程度的降低,下降的程度与气泡群在叶轮内的滞留状态密切相关。根据考虑速度滑差的一维两相控制体模型,对于给定的泵设计工况,推荐用含气率α和静压p作为评估泵水力性能的两个主要指标。对某设计工况下,按正交设计方法得到的6组设计方案,使用以涵盖含气率α和静压p的综合指标λ评估,可很方便地筛选出较好的设计方案。

Abstract:While boosting gas liquid two phase fluids, a rotodynamic pump is subjected to be degraded in performance including efficiency and head. The degradation is mainly due to the gather of gas inside pump. Based on the theoretical model for one dimensional two phase control body, it is proposed taking gas rate α and static pressure p as indexes for evaluating the pump's hydraulic performance under given design working conditions. 6 design schemes under a certain working condition is obtained by using the orthogonal method, which are evaluated by the comprehensive index λ containing α and p , and an optimal scheme is screened out conveniently.
