摘    要:
矫后端头切除长度决定钢轨通长规格波动大小,同时又与钢轨生产成本密切相关.本文对钢轨矫后端头规格变化趋势及变化值用有限元进行了仿真,分析了钢轨矫直后端头存在的矫直盲区、矫直过渡区和完全矫直区长度,以及各区域轨高、头宽、腰厚、底宽和矫直力的变化值.根据仿真分析结果,结合钢轨质量需求生产厂可平衡质量与成本的关系,制定合适的钢...

Abstract:
The length of cutting end decedes the variation of rail dimension,and relates with the production cost. The trend and amount of variation of end dimension were simulated by FEM. The length of blind zone, transition zone and efficient zone of straightening and the variation of rail height, head width, waist thickness, base width and straightening force was analysised. According to the FEM analysis result, proper rail production process was founded.
