| 摘 要： | 新修订的《混凝土结构设计规范》已将HRB4 0 0级钢筋作为混凝土结构中的主导钢筋 ,结合首钢总公司对HRB4 0 0级钢筋的研制和生产 ,介绍了其微合金化机理、性能和工程应用。采用钒氮微合金化工艺生产的HRB4 0 0级钢筋强度高、延性好、焊接性能良好、质量稳定、强度价格比高。试设计表明 ,将其应用于混凝土工程具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on its development and production in Shougang General Company,the microalloying mechanism,performance and engineering application of HRB400 steel bar are briefly described. V N microalloyed HRB400 steel bar has many advantages such as high strength,high ductility,perfect welding performance,stable quality and high strength cost ratio. The application of HRB400 steel bar in concrete structure will generate perfect economic and social benefits. |
