Punctate porokeratosis. A clinical variant of porokeratosis of Mibelli

Punctate porokeratosis is not usually recognized as a clinical form of porokeratosis of Mibelli. Two cases of punctate porokeratosis are presented. Other punctate lesions with similar clinical features which should be considered in the differential diagnosis are discussed.
