摘    要:以己内酰胺(CL)和十二内酰胺(LL)为单体,采用阴离子开环共聚制备尼龙6/12(PA6/12)共聚物,主要研究了LL添加量对共聚物热性能、结晶性能、力学性能和断面形貌的影响。研究结果表明,LL的添加量由0%增加到30%时,PA6/12共聚物熔融温度从218.0℃降低到182.6℃,结晶温度由168.9℃降至117.8℃,晶型结构未发生明显变化,但其结晶度由22.88%降低至13.58%,拉伸性能和弯曲性能都有一定程度降低,断裂伸长率由60%增大到325%,并在共聚物拉伸断面观察到大量直径为100nm、长度为1μm左右的纳米纤维状物质。

Abstract:PA6/1 2 copolymer was prepared by the anionic ring-opening polymerization,and the effects of dif-ferent content of laurolactam on the crystallization,thermal property,mechanical property and fracture morphology of the copolymer were studied.The results showed that as the content of laurolactam increased from 0% to 30%,the melt temperature of PA6/12 copolymer decreased from 218.0 ℃ to 182.6 ℃,and the crystallization temperature was reduced from 168.9 ℃ to 117.8 ℃.Crystal structure did not change significantly,but the degree of crystallinity de-creased from 22.88% to 13.58%.And the tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength and flexural modulus of PA6/12 copolymer all decreased.However,the elongation at break was greatly improved.Nanofibrous material with diameter of about 100 nm and length of about 1μm was observed in the tensile fracture of the copolymer.
