| 摘 要： | 对均衡法及其应用进行了简要介绍后，从计算过程、资源量的确定方法以及与地下水环境等方面对其在应用中的缺陷进行了分析，并以此为基础从指导思想、基础和条件等方面有针对性地讨论和建立了改进方法，最后。对改进前后的均衡法进行了对比分析。

| Abstract: | After briefly introducing balance method and its application the defects during the application are analyzed from the aspects of calculating processes, determining method of resources quantity, groundwater environments, etc; moreover the improved methods are discussed and established directionally based on these defects and from such aspects as guiding ideology, foundation and terms; and finally, a comparative analysis is made between the unimproved balance method and improved one. |
