| 摘 要： | 分析了高端液压支架大口径缸筒内孔加工所存在的问题;研究了以外圆定位加工大口径缸筒内孔的新型镗削工艺;阐述了新型镗削装置的结构和工作原理;为满足高端液压支架油缸高强度高质量的要求,提供了一种新型的工艺手段。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the problems existing in boring the large-diametered cylinder bore of advanced hydraulic support,the paper studied a new boring process for large-diametered cylinder bore of advanced hydraulic support,which taking the outside round surface as datum,and described the structure and working principle of new-type boring device.As a new manufacture means,the boring process meets with the requirements of high strength and high quality. |
