粘贴竹片加固混凝土梁的试验研究

摘    要:竹材是一种可再生的低碳环保材料,具有抗拉强度高、稳定性好等优点。混凝土梁老化损伤或使用荷载增加均可能导致受弯承载力不能满足要求,影响结构的正常安全使用。介绍5根RC梁粘贴竹片加固的对比试验研究,其中2根为对比试件,3根为分别粘贴1层、2层和3层的竹片加固试件。研究结果表明,粘贴竹片加固RC梁的极限承载力提高22%~25%,平均提高24%;粘贴竹片加固RC梁的初始弯曲刚度提高33%~49%,平均提高39%;粘贴竹片加固RC梁在相同荷载下弯曲裂缝的裂缝宽度明显小于对比试件。粘贴竹片加固RC梁是一种低碳高效的加固技术,值得进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Bamboo is a renewable,low-carbon and environmentally-friendly natural material with high tensile strength and good stability.Many RC beams need to be strengthened due to either accumulative damage or an increase of loading.This paper presents an experimental study in which 5 RC beams were tested,including two unstrengthened RC beams used to compare,three RC beams strengthened with one,two and three layers of 5mm bamboo strips,respectively.The test results show that the ultimate flexural strength of RC beams was increased by 22%-25%with an average of 24%after strengthened by a few externally bonded small bamboo strips.The flexural stiffness of the strengthened beams was also significantly increased by 33%~49%with an average of 39%.The flexural crack width of the strengthened RC beams was smaller than that of the control beams at the same loading levels.The tests confirm that strengthening RC beams with bamboo strips is a promising effective and low-carbon technique worth further research.
