大体积高强混凝土早期温度、应变测试与分析

摘    要:超高层建筑的基础底板混凝土的体量超过万立方米,尺度也比一般的构件大,研究其施工期间性能的变化有助于制定合理的浇筑工艺.通过对尺寸为6m×8m×3m的大体积高强混凝土试块进行早期温度及应变监测,分析了大体积混凝土早期温度随时间的发展趋势及分布规律,探讨了混凝土早期裂缝产生机理,提出了早期混凝土温度应力计算的方法,并进行了开裂分析.根据试验及分析结果,对大体积高强混凝土的早期温度控制提出了建议.

Abstract:By the monitoring of the temperature and strain of massive high strength concrete(6 m×8 m×3 m) in early age,the distribution of temperature and strain were acquired.And the trend of temperature and strain change with time were studied.The mechanism of early cracking of concrete was analysed.A method to calculate the stress of the concrete which may result cracks was proposed.Based on the test results,the temperature control techniques of the early high-strength concrete were developed.
