应变强化对裂纹缺陷的影响

摘    要:利用拉伸试验方法研究了应变强化对焊接缺陷裂纹的影响,试验分析了不同的应变量、不同方向的应变强化对裂纹缺陷的影响,结果表明:3%应变强化使裂纹缺陷增长了30%,6%应变强化使裂纹缺陷增长了60%;3%横向应变强化比3%纵向应变强化对裂纹缺陷的影响大。

Abstract:By using tensile test method,the effect of strain strengthening with different variables and direction on fissure flaw was analyzed in this paper.The result showed that:3% strain strengthening makes fissure flaw growth 30%;6% strain strengthening makes fissure flaw growth 60%;the effect of 3% lateral strain strengthening is more than that of 3% axial strain strengthening on fissure flaw.
