| 摘 要： | 以催化裂化油浆和脱油沥青(DOA)为原料,采用复合聚合物改性方法制备Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型弹性体(SBS)改性沥青涂盖料及防水卷材。对低温柔性、软化点等指标,以及老化后的各指标进行了检测,全部满足《GB/T 26528-2011防水用弹性体(SBS)改性沥青》和《GB 18242-2008弹性体改性沥青防水卷材》标准技术要求。研究结果表明,催化油浆和DOA可以替代目前广泛使用的70号和90号基质沥青作为防水卷材用调合沥青,为催化油浆与DOA的利用提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Through composite polymer modification method,catalytic cracking slurry oil and deoiled asphalt(DOA)is used to prepare I-type and II-type elastomer(SBS)modified asphalt coating material and waterproofing membrane.Low temperature flexibility,softening point and other indexes are tested,which meet the standard technical requirements of GB/T 26528-2011 waterproof elastomer(SBS)modified asphalt and GB 18242-2008 elastomer modified asphalt waterproof membrane.The results show that catalytic cracking slurry oil and DOA can replace 70#and 90#matrix asphalt,which are presently widely used as waterproofing membrane mixing asphalt This paper provides a new idea for utilizing catalytic cracking slurry oil and DOA. |
