高功率红外横流CO_2激光器光学谐振腔的仿真研究

摘    要:
谐振腔是激光器的核心部件,光学谐振腔理论的重点是高斯光束.本文应用SIMULINK集成软件包对高功率红外横流CO2激光器谐振腔的高斯光束进行了仿真,分析了仿真参数对仿真系统的影响,并提出了仿真系统的应用.

Abstract:
A resonator is one of the key components of a laser.The key of the optical resonator theory is the Gauss beam.In this paper,the Gauss beam in the resonator of a high power infrared transvers-flow laser is simulated by using a SIMULINK software.The influence of the simulation parameters on the simulation system is analyzed and the use of the simulation system is presented.
