注水滤膜影响因素的研究

摘    要:作者自行设计和制造了微孔薄膜过滤器。并进行了一系列的试验。微孔薄膜过滤器可用于确定合理的油田注水水质、监测油田注水水质的变化以及筛选评定各种注人水的添加剂——水净化剂或絮凝剂。研究了微孔滤膜的预处理、注水水样的pH值以及注水水样的总矿化度等各种因素对微孔薄膜过滤过程的影响,进行了油田注水的滤膜试验和水净化剂的评定,并在理论上对微孔薄膜过滤的机理和水净化剂的作用机理作了初步探讨。由于我国目前石油开采中。大部份依靠注水开发,因此通过薄膜过滤试验确定合理的注水方案和采取有效的监测手段,可以延长注水井的使用寿命,如对油田污水经过处理后实行回注,还可解决油田注水水源不足的问题。

Abstract:Micro pored membrane filter can be used to establish injection water requirements,monitor the change in water quality and evaluate water cleaning or coagulating additives.Experiments were made on self-designed and made micro pored membrane filter.Membrane filter pre-treatment,pH value of injection water,total salinity,etc were studied in terms of theperformance of membrane filter.The mechanism of membrane filtration and water treatment were also discussed.Membrane filtration testing can effectively provide a reasonable water injection program and efficient monitoring of water quality,leading to longer life of water injection well and is widely used in oil production.Re-injection of treated produced water can also ease the problem of water supply.
