| 摘 要： | 前学校的语言实训室在管理上存在管理不规范、实训设备使用不当、管理人员素质不高等问题,针对这些现状笔者认为应该规范管理,有效控制、进行有效的设备检查和维护以及提高管理人员的素质。

| Abstract: | There are problems in language training rooms in the schools, such as irregular management, incorrect use of the equipments and the low quality in management staff. To solve these problems, the author thinks that we should standardize the management, control,check and maintain the equipments effectively and improve the quality of management staff. |
