英语阅读中的元认知与认知策略教学

摘    要:
元认知策略与认知策略存在于外语学习的各个方面,是自主、有效学习者的重要素质.要使学习者在阅读中有意识地运用策略来解决阅读过程中的困难,阅读课应进行必要的阅读策略指导和训练.总结了有关阅读策略教学的研究,结合认知心理学的有关成果,提出了针对阅读的元认知与认知策略教学的具体内容和阅读策略教学应该把握的的几项原则.

Abstract:
Meta-cognitive and cognitive strategies are effectively used in foreign languages learning and also qualities that autonomous and effective learners possess. For a better employment of the strategies, tutors in reading class are responsible for the instruction and practice of them. Based on the researches review and the findings of the learners'strategy use, this paper puts forward specific contents about meta- cognitive and cognitive strategies to be taught and some principles to follow in reading strategy teaching.
