Goal of integrated product R&D management is to realize the multi-models product R&D and the flexible ability dispatching by using the product strategy and the dynamic appraisal mechanism.For constructing flexible ability management,it is required that modules of ability released, ability quoted,ability dynamically matched effectively cooperatation.Task appointment,as key link of flexible workflow,can optimize dynamic modification of resources in project,provide schedule algorithm about resources changed dynamically.A case study is given to verify the performance of the algorithm.
