| 摘 要： | 针对传统航空企业质量管理的不足,结合航空企业技术服务现状，采用多视图建模方法建立飞机技术服务的业务流程模型．基于工作流技术开发技术服务平台，实现对飞机技术服务的过程化管理.在此基础上，从成本和效率两个角度对业务流程进行分析评价．提出了一套成本和效率分析指标，为企业改进服务流程提供数据依据和决策支持。
