摘    要:UCC 10 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线是在原有的厂区内扩建,其总平面设计虽然受到了一定的限制,但总体上场地规划合理,工艺流程顺畅,功能分区明确。工程施工阶段,因老线总平面资料不明确,地下管网资料不全,不得不对总平面布置局部进行调整;本项目在最初的竖向设计中还进行了场地高程校正。在中东等降雨量极少的地区,不建或少建排水沟能节约一笔不小的投资。UCC10000 t/d熟料水泥生产线规模大,运输量大,总平面布置要确保运输通畅,交通规划要因地制宜。

General layout arrangement for UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line

Abstract:UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line was an expanding project constructed in its original plant site where the general layout design for new line was restricted in some degree.In general,the site planning is reasonable to ensure smooth process flow and distinctive functional areas.During project construction,we had to rectify partial arrangements in general layout due to the uncertainty of original layout data and unclear ground pipeline data.In initial vertical design,we have verified the site elevation.In Mid-east where the rainfall is rare,water drainage ditches can be omitted or only constructed in less quantity,which will save a lot of investment.For UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line,it can produce more than 11 000 tons per day for clinker and 13 000 tons for cement,and to keep transportation going at any time appeared very important.Transport planning should also comply with the local conditions.
