摘    要:论述了提高宽厚板成材率的必要性、可行性和由此带来的经济效益。分析了影响宽厚板成材率的主要因素,根据宽厚板平面形状演变规律,提出采用立辊侧压、头尾短行程和展宽补偿轧制技术来保证宽厚板平面形状矩形度。并通过有限元数值模拟分析和实际应用,证明了立辊侧压、头尾短行程控制和展宽补偿轧制的优化组合使用对保证宽厚板平面形状矩形度和提高成材率的作用。

Abstract:This paper discusses the necessity, possibility and economic benefits to improve the yield rate of wide and heavy plate ,analyzes the major influencing factors of yield rate of wide and heavy plate ,puts forward the proposal to maintain the rectangularity of wide and heavy plate plan view pattern by means of side edging, short stroke control and broadsiding compensation techniques on the basis of evolution law of wide and heavy plate plan view pattern, proves the effect of combined application of the above three roiling techniques on the improvement of wide and heavy plate rectangularity and yield rate from both theory and practice on the basis of finite element simulation and practical application.
