正交动磁式模拟表芯的数字驱动

摘    要:介绍了正交动磁式模拟表芯的结构和工作原理,分析了模拟驱动方式存在的缺陷,建立了基于PWM方式数字化驱动的数学模型。以AT89C2051单片机为核心,运用嵌入式数据处理技术,实现模拟表芯的数字驱动。试验证明:采用数字方式驱动的车速表,其可靠性和指示准确性大大提高,电磁抗干扰能力、工作温度范围和对工作电源稳定性要求等方面得到根本改善,具有响应速度快、重复性好、通用性强,调整和校正方便的特点。能大幅度减少产品开发的时间和开发费用。

Abstract:Described the structure and the working principle of the simulated dial pith, analyzed the shortcoming of the simulated driving method, and created the mathematical model basing on PWM with digital drive. Using AT89C2051, adopting inlay data-processing technique, the simulated dial pith can be driven by digital drive. The results of the test show that digital drive speedometer have been improved effectively at reliability and accuracy. The kind of the simulated dial pith performs satisfactorily at the electromagnetism compatible ability, the range of working temperature and the requirement of the working power. It involved many characters such as reacting quickly, repeating identically, fitting widely, being adjusted and corrected easily. And using this method, both time and cost for product development were greatly reduced.
