烧结温度对高炉渣微晶玻璃建材性能的影响

摘    要:以95wt%炼铁高炉矿渣和5wt%钾长石为原料,采用简易的烧结法制备高炉渣微晶玻璃建材。研究了烧结温度对微晶玻璃建材的物理性能、相组成、微观结构及耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明,烧结温度为1200℃时制备的微晶玻璃综合性能最优:主晶相为钙黄长石,晶粒尺寸为1μm~3μm,密度为2.56g/cm3,吸水率为0.65%,显微硬度为4.4GPa,且具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,综合性能显著优于粘土砖。

Abstract:Glass-ceramic has been successfully obtained from slag powders reached 95 wt% and potash feldspar reached 5 wt% by a simple sintering process. The influences of sintering temperature on physical properties, phase determination, micro-morphology and chemical resistance are studied. The results suggests that glass-ceramics has the best properties when sintered at 1 200 ℃. Its major crystalline phase is gehlenite phase with size of 1μm -3μm, density of 2.56 g/cm^3, water absorption of 0.65 %, micro hardness of 4.4 GPa, and has favorable corrosion resistance performance, which is superior to the properties of clay brick.
