全矢动平衡方法及其实验研究

摘    要:将全矢谱技术应用于转子动平衡领域,提出1种新的转子动平衡方法——全矢动平衡方法(FVDB),给出了该方法的实现途径和核心算法.与传统影响系数法相比,该方法具有精度高、评价方法客观的优点.实验表明:该平衡方法效果好,操作简单,经该方法平衡过的转子,测得的振截面各个方向的振动都能控制到较低的水平,弥补了传统平衡方法单方向振动降低而其他方向振动仍处于超标状态的严重缺陷.

Abstract:By applying the full vector spectrum to the dynamic balancing for rotors,a novel rotor dynamic balancing method called Full Vector Dynamic Balancing(FVDB) is proposed in this study.The implementation and vital algorithm are developed.Compared with the traditional impact coefficient method,this method possesses such advantages as high precision,objective evaluation,high effectiveness and ease of operation.It is found from experimental results that the sectional vibrations of balanced rotors are controlled in...
