Ni-TiN超细粉的制备与特性

摘    要:在H2-N2-Ar混合气氛下,用直流电孤等离子体熔化Ni-Ti合金,制备了Ni-TiN超细粉,采用XRD,TEM,DTA-TGA等多种测试手段研究了粉体的相组成、形貌、粒度分布和氧化特性。结果表明,粉体由Ni、TiN和微量Ni3Ti组成,复合粒子的形态主要有亚铃形、椭球形、骰子形。在空气中,粉体在300℃左右开始明显氧化,TiN粒子在480℃左右氧化分解。

Abstract:Ultrafine powders of Ni-TiN were prepared by arc-discharge synthesis in an atmosphere of a H2-N2-Ar mixed gas. The phase, morphology, size distribution and oxidizing characterization were studed by XRD,TEM and DTA-TGA. Results show that the powder consists of three phases of Ni, TiN and Ni3Ti. The morphology of the particles are three types, one is dumbell-like, second is dice-like and last type is spheroid. In air, the powders were evidently oxidized nearby 300℃ and the TiN particles were oxidized to dissolve at about 480℃.
