摘    要:巴彦淖尔紫金公司采用采用锌精矿焙烧,两段热酸浸出-黄钾铁矾法除铁工艺。原设计为10万t/a电锌系统,近年产能提高至11万t/a,造成焙砂残硫较高,二氧化锰消耗增大,系统锰离子升高。本文讨论了中浸液水解除铁工艺中,用双氧水代替二氧化锰做氧化剂,并找到了最佳利用条件。

Abstract:The process of zinc concentrate roasting,two-stages hot-acid leaching and iron removal by jarosite was used in Bayannaoer zijin non-ferrous metal Co.,LTD.The productivity of electrolytic zinc system has increased from original design 100000t/a to 110000t/a in recent years,leading to high content of residual sulfur in calcine,high consumption of manganese dioxide,and elevation of manganese iron.The manganese dioxide was replaced with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in process of iron removal in neutral leaching solution,the optimum utilization mode was found out.
