摘    要:在前人研究的基础上提出基于生物基因工程的机械产品杂交集成设计方法,探索建立零件和产品级的基因编码方法,克服了以往编码系统存在的如形状统计和零件分类方面的不足.该编码方法基于产品功能模式对产品信息进行了描述,以此为基础进一步提出建立机械产品基因库和目的基因检索的方法,通过借鉴已有的生物基因重组理论,机械产品的杂交集成设计方法可实现创新机械产品的快速设计,对于个性化需求的机械产品设计具有一定的借鉴.

Abstract:In this study,an integrated hybrid design method for mechanical products is proposed based on the biological gene engineering.By establishing the part and product series coding method,the coding system disadvantages regarding shape statistics and part categorization are eliminated.In this respect,the product information is described based on product functional modes.Furthermore,the gene-base,together with objective gene search method,is set up.In combination with the existing biological gene re-composition theory,the integrated hybrid design is used for rapid design on innovative mechanical products.Therein,this approach paves a venue to meet personalized requirements.
