| Abstract: | In this paper the importance and necessity of utilization of underground space,the history,present situation and the problems of development for underground space were discussed.The experiment in management of underground space in Zhejiang Province was introduced.The author's viewpoints on improvement of managing system and the legal aspects of underground space were expounded. |
