摘    要:以新疆某钢铁厂高炉瓦斯灰为原料,在一定生产工艺条件下,采用高温沸腾炉对瓦斯灰进行了火法焙烧实验,探索和分析了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、碱度以及氯化物添加剂含量等因素对脱锌、脱铅效果的影响规律,并提出了相应有效回收和综合利用瓦斯灰的措施和建议,为实现钢铁生产生态化、集约化提供了一定的理论依据和技术途径.

Abstract:Roasting experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the effect of roasting time, roasting temperature, basicity, and the dosage of CaCl2 on dezincification and de-lead of blast furnace dust which came from a steel plant in Xinjiang under certain production conditions using high-temperature boiling furnace. Measures and suggestions were put forward for effectively recycling gas ash in blast furnace and providing theoretical basis and technological approaches for ecological transition and intensiveness of the steel production.
