| 摘 要： | 结合盐城市企业技术创新能力调查中关于产学研合作方面的数据资料，以盐城工学院为个案，在深入分析调查结果的基础上，依据一般地方高校合作模式所需要的条件，提出创新地方高校产学研合作模式的思路和对策，从而促进地方高校产学研合作创新。

| Abstract: | The paper has carried out anin - depth analysis on the findings of the investigation into the technological innovative abihty of the enterprises in Yancheng. And based on such analysis ,the paper has advanced some thoughts and measures of the collaboratiove model innovations in production,learning and research of non - key local higher learning institutions in terms of the conditions needed. Yancheng institute of technoogy is a case in point. Hence ,the conabonative innovations of local higher learning institutions will be enhanced. |
