基于虚拟仪器技术的内燃机性能测试系统的设计

摘    要:将现代虚拟仪器技术应用于内燃机性能测试系统,充分发挥虚拟仪器技术开发效率高,灵活性兼容性强和可重用度高的特点,设计与实现多路并行内燃机性能的在线测试,详述系统的工作原理,说明该系统的硬件度软件的设计方法,并使用PID算法控制标定参量,最后通过TCP/IP协议实现测试数据的远程共享和用户对测试系统的远程操作。

Abstract:The modern virtual instrument technology has been adopted for inter combustion engine property testing system. As the virtual instrument technique developing efficiency high, flexible, compatible well and having advantage of being used repeatedly, multi - channel testing system on line of inter- combustion engine property is designed and carried out, and the principle of the system is recited in detail, then design method of the system in hardware and software is narrated. The system uses PID to control calibration parameter and fulfills the test data in common as well as user operating it in the distance by TCP/IP.
