摘    要:发展生物质液体燃料有利于满足高品质能源的需求,改善生态环境,提高生物质能源综合利用水平和增加农民收入。清楚地认识和界定我国生物质的资源潜力和技术潜力,是科学、有序和有效地的发展生物液体燃料的关键问题。本文对我国生物质液体燃料资源潜力的分析结果表明,我国生物资源潜力大,但在现有技术和条件下,实际可利用潜力相对较小,缺乏技术经济优势。所以,应根据资源和技术条件,选择适当的技术路径,加强技术研发,并逐步完善产业管理。

Resource and Technical Potential Analysis of Biofuel Development in China
Abstract:Liquid biofuel is one of renewable energy technologies that can make contributions to highquality energy demand, improving the ecological environment, enhancing the comprehensive utilization efficiency of biomass and increasing the income of farmers. It is a key to clearly understand and define biomass resource potential and technical potential for promoting biofuel development scientifically, orderly and efficiently. The paper assesses biomass potential in China. It is showed that China has great potential of biomass. However due to lack of technological and economic advantages, the actual amount that can be converted to use is relatively small. Therefore, it is suggested to identify most appropriate biofuel technological approaches, strengthen technological R&D and gradually improve the management of industry.
