摘    要:介绍了一种基于LabVIEW,利用计算机、板卡、红外测温仪实现热敏打印头(TPH)发热体的表面局部温度的热应答特性测试的设计。讲述了TPH的发热原理、测试系统的硬件组成、占空比可调的脉冲输出及连续高速模拟数据输入(AI)的软件设计思路,提出了实现的难点及解决的方法。本方案中通过采用进口高精度红外测温探头,精确的脉冲输出板卡及合理的软件设计,达到了准确测试升降温波形、热时定数、温度分布等发热体热应答特性。硬件部分采用计算机、定时板卡、AI板卡、红外测温仪及外围驱动电路实现,软件部分采用LabVIEW实现。该方法被在实际工作中长期使用证明稳定、可靠。

Abstract:This article introduces the design for the Test of Thermal Print Head (TPH) Heat Responses under local temperature on the surface by means of computer,Board Card and infrared radiation thermometer.Besides,the heating-up,hardware composition of testing system and the pulse output of the tunable duty and the software design of continuous high-speed analog input (AI) are systematically analyzed,too.It also points out some popular difficulties and their relative practical solutions.This program reached the accuracy test of the Heat Response characteristics,such as the temperature rise and drop waveform,the Thermal Time Constant,temperature distribution as yet by means of imported high-precision IRTX,the precise pulse output Board Card and the reasonable software design.In terms of hardware,we carry the point in the manner of computer,timing Board Card,AI Board Card,infrared radiation thermometer and external drive circuit,and LabVIEW for software.In the long-term practice,it has already been proved that the method is stable and reliable.
