| Abstract: | The theory of water goods is a foundation to draw up the price of water goods . This paper is mainly discussing the following two questions . The one is why water is a goods ; The other is why water goods is a particular goods . We hope that personalities of various circles will understand and pay attention to the water goods . At the same time , the discussing of the two questions will lay a foundation of drawing up the price of water goods . |
