| 摘 要： | 综述了骨修复材料的发展历史和现在所使用的骨修复材料的一些缺点，介绍了三维编织材料；结构设计灵活，异型件一次编织成型，结构不分层，力学性能优良等特点，分析了其作为一种骨修复材料的优越性，包括和骨的结构相似性，力学相容性，生物相容性以及此种材料在骨修复中的应用等，最后提出了三维编织材料在骨修复应用中要解决的主要问题。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development of osteosynthesis materials,and the characteristics of 3 D braiding materials,such as the flexibility of designing,the integrated formation of shaped products,no layers in structures and superior mechanical properties,the advantages of 3 D braiding materials,including the similarity of structures,the consistency of mechanical properties and living beings is analysed,and the application of 3 D braiding materials in osteosynthesis materials is described.At last,some challenges with must be solved in this research are proposed. |
