摘    要:
X24C45是串行非易失性RAM芯片,能在断电瞬间将内部静态RAM中的数据保存到EEPROM中,通电时自动恢复到静态RAM,从而实现“非易失性”,特别适合于间歇工作的控制系统保存重要数据。介绍了芯片的工作原理,及在单片机系统中的应用实例。

Abstract:
The X24C45 is a serial nonvolatile Random Access Memory (RAM) chip, which can transfer the data from the internal static RAM to EEPROM instantaneously at power off and recall the data to static RAM at power on, thus to achieve the property of nonvolatile, it is especially applicable to the control system to work at intervals to save important data. The chip working principle and actual application example in single chip micro-computer system are introduced.
