数字式电液调速器的通信协议转换

摘    要:针对数字式电液调速器与监控系统的通信协议不一致,提出了一种用C语言编写协议转换程序来实现可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)调速器与监控系统通信的方法,并详细介绍了协议转换的原理、通信系统的硬件构成以及软件实现方法。通过现场的严格实验运行,证明了该方法具有通信可靠、效率高、投资少等优点。

Abstract:Owing to the fact that the communication protocol of the digital electric-hydraulic governor is not in accord with that of the monitoring and control system, this paper proposes a method that realizes communication between the PLC-based governor and the monitoring and control system by protocol conversion programming with C language, and introduces in detail the principle of protocol conversion, the hardware structure of the communication system and the realization of software. It is proved that this method has the advantages of high reliability, high efficiency and low cost by way of strict local operational experiment.
