引氟量对含氟羟基磷灰石纳米晶结构的影响

摘    要:采用Ca(NO3)2.4H2O-P2O5-NH4F-乙醇体系,利用溶胶凝胶法在600℃获得不同含氟量的纳米含氟羟基磷灰石(FHA)粉体.通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)对纳米粉体进行了表征,讨论了不同引氟量对衍射峰强度、晶面间距、晶格常数及粒度的影响,并从FHA形成机理及结构构成方面解释了原因.结果表明,FHA主晶相衍射峰强度随引氟量增加,呈先减少后增加的趋势,晶面间距(特别是(300)晶面)从2.8133逐渐减小到2.7894,而晶格常数在a轴方向上有明显逐渐减少的趋势,粒度也逐渐减小.

Abstract:Nano-fluorhydroxyapatite(FHA) powders with different fluorine contents were obtained at 600℃ by sol-gel method using the Ca(NO3)2·4H2O-P2O5-NH4F-alcohol system and were characterized by X-ray diffraction(SRD).The forming mechanism of FHA,and the influence of different fluorine contents on the peek intensity,the interplanar distance,the crystal lattice parameter and the crystalline size were discussed.The forming mechanism and the crystalline structure were applied to explain the reason.It was indicated that with the increasing of fluorine contents,the peek intensity increased at first,but decreased later.However,the crystal lattice parameter,the interplanar distance(300) and the powder size were decreased when the fluorine content were increased.
