| 摘 要： | 从国内外水电站扩建工程实践出发论述了水电站扩建的缘由和类型,扩建工程中的一些特殊水工技术问题,以及扩建的效益和经济性,并认为在我国东中部地区建设抽水蓄能电站和对有条件的已建水电站进行扩建,是对西电东送的一种战略配合.

| Abstract: | Considering the practical cases of extension of some hydropower stations at home and abroad, the reasons, economic benefit and some special technical problems for extending hydropower stations are discussed. It is also considered that the extension of old hydropower stations and the construction of pumped storage power stations in Mid-Eastern China are important support in the strategical coordination of diverting electricity from the western to the eastern regions. |
