摘    要:根据国家节能减排工作方案的要求和火力发电厂的特点,针对电厂传统的单级小指标考核系统的不足,提出了节能减排综合指标考核和实时运行指标考核的两级考核机制,设计开发了基于DCS的火电厂节能减排绩效考核系统。系统的开发和实施,将有助于完善现有的指标考核体系,有效地挖掘电力企业的内部潜力,实现电厂的节能减排。
