红土镍矿资源现状及其冶炼工艺的研究进展

摘    要:随着硫化镍矿资源的逐渐减少,高效低成本地开发红土镍矿资源以满足逐渐增加的镍需求有着重要意义。介绍了世界红土镍矿资源现状和特点,并阐述了目前红土镍矿处理的火法工艺、湿法工艺以及其它工艺技术的研究现状及进展,同时分析了这些处理方法的优势与不足,指出了未来的发展方向,以期为低品位红土镍矿的开发提供参考。

Abstract:With the depletion of sulfide nickel ores, developing nickel laterite ores in a high efficiency and low cost method is significant to meet the increasing requirement of nickel. The article introduced the status and properties about laterite ore in the world. Meanwhile, this article introduced the present technologies for dealing with nickel-bearing laterite, which contained pyro-metallurgical process, hydro-metallurgical extraction and other technologies. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are also analyzed. At the same time, it pointed out future developmental direction in hope of providing reference for exploitation of low grade laterite ores.
