| Abstract: | Starting with fundamental equations that dis(?)ribe the electrical behavior of power SBD, the theoretical analyses of the rectifying effi(?)nce in AC-DC converter operation, and the characteristi(?)s of forward conduction and reverse blocking and operating temperature are derived. Finally, the theoretical basis of power SBD optimum design is given. |
