| Abstract: | Short Message Network Address (SMNA) technic provides a new mothod for customers to communicate with companies. Mobile phone users could call a company without knowing its phone number, they could establish a connection with the company just by sending its product name, service name or company name to SMNA resolution system. More and more companies log in SMNA system today, and this new technic will be promising in the near future. This article gives some information about SMNA system structure, service flow and application mode, analyzes the problems existing today and gives some suggestion. |
