摘    要:反求工程和快速原型技术作为当今的先进制造技术,在汽车、家电、医疗和航空等制造业领域具有广泛的应用前景。介绍了以反求工程和快速原型技术为支撑产品开发的方法,并对其中的数字化产品建模、原型生成和模具加工等关键技术进行了分析。并描述该方法对摩托车后挡风罩开发的全过程。

Abstract:Reverse engineering and rapid prototype technology is seen as the advancing manufacturing technology which has been applied in the manufactur ing field of the auto, home electric appliance, medical treatment and aviation. In this paper, the method of product design based on reverse engineering and r apid prototype technology has been introduced. The key technology such as the di gital product modeling, prototype manufacturing and mould manufacturing has been analyzed during the product research and development and the research and dev elopment process has been described for the back baffle part in the motorcycle by the method.
